1. Download WinRAR.
2. Search for the downloaded files.
3. Select all the files.
4. Right click on the highlighted items and click on 'Extract Here' or 'Extract to..'
5. Enjoy.

How to Change Your System's Default Locale to Japanese

1. Click on 'Start'.
2. Click on 'Control Panel'. 
3. Click on 'Clock, Language, and Region'.
4. Click on 'Region and Language'.
5. Click on the 'Administrative' tab.
6. Click on 'Change system locale'.
7. Search for 'Japanese'.
8. Confirm and Restart your PC.
